Com.It.Es South Australia continues to promote and advocate for the teaching of Italian Language and Culture in SA. Last year we enacted an award with the University of South Australia to prize the best Italian student in Italian studies.
At the same time Com.It.Es South Australia also formed a partnership with SACE to create the inaugural Com.It.are South Australia Award for the Top Student of Italian in Yr-12. This is a 4-year partnership where the winner receives a cash prize of $250 and is presented with a certificate at the following Italian National Day celebration hosted by the Consulate of Italy.
It is with great pride that we announce that the inaugural winner of the 2020 Com.It.Es South Australia Award for Top Italian Student is Miss Gabriela Coelho of St Aloysius College Adelaide. Gabriela will be presented with her prize and will attend Italian National Day celebrations to be presented with her certificate by the President of Com.It.Es and Consul of Italy.
