the Consolato d'Italia Adelaide promotes #italiancuisine and #slowfood while minimising #foodwaste.

This was an excellent info-session run by chefs (and ComItEs member) Rosa Matto and Kane Pollard (Topiary-dining), with Steven Lapidge, CEO of End Food Waste Australia , and Tania Paola, Presidente of Slow Food South Australia among others.

Food waste costs Australians $36.6 billion per year or up to $2,500 per year per household. A lot can be done here. ... See MoreSee Less

Oggi si è celebrata ad Adelaide la Giornata dell'Unità Nazionale e delle Forze Armate. Questa Festa dell'Unità commemora la fine della prima guerra mondiale. Ringraziamo gli uomini e le donne di tutte le forze armate che si sono sacrificati e ancora si sacrificano per noi e per la pace.

La cerimonia di deposizione delle corone ad Adelaide è stata presieduta da Roxanna Bianco, Presidente dell'Associazione nazionale carabinieri Sezione di Adelaide, e portavoce delle 4 associazioni Forze Armate.

Dr Antonio Dottore has resigned from his position as President and from Com.It.Es SA due to personal reasons, and we would like to openly express our gratitude for his dedicated service and outstanding contributions to Com.It.Es and the Italian community in South Australia.
