On Saturday 23rd of March Inter Com.It.Es the annual reunion of Com.It.Es Presidents across Australia took place in Perth to discuss important issues relating to our respective communities. In the presence of Senator Giacobbe and Hon Nicola Care, and local Consul David Balloni, it was a productive meeting talking about and sharing our various projects across the country, issues relating to funding cuts for CGIE and Com.It.Es along with supporting extra funding for promotion of language and culture.

In an important outcome for SA, the Com.It.Es Presidents of Australia supported South Australia’s request for extra funding to our local Ente Gestore the Dante Alighieri Society of SA for much needed funds towards the amazing work they do in the teaching of language and culture in SA.
