At the November 7th committee meeting Com.It.Es SA approved a trip to Mt Gambier as apart of our community engagement project to re-engage the rural Italian-Australian community. We will  be meeting in early-December with the Italo-Australian Club and Italian-Australian Pensioners Association of Mt Gambier.

In the meeting, Com.It.Es committee also approved to move to bi-monthly meetings with the sub-committees to continue to meet regularly in between full committee meetings to continue with their specified project.

During the second part of the meeting, Com.It.Es invited CIC and Carnevale committee members to discuss the current role and future of CIC welfare services they provide, but also about the new direction the Carnevale will be taking next year with a new look and a new date of October 2017. We thank Angelo Fantasia President of CIC and his amazing committee members for attending and giving up their time to chat with Com.It.Es. We wish them all the very best in their future endeavours.
