Coinciding with ANZAC Day, Italy marks 25 April as its ‘Liberation Day’.

It commemorates the end of World War 2, specifically, the day Nazi troops exited Italy in 1945.

In Adelaide, ComItEs contributes to the dual commemoration – of freedom and sovereignty – with a service at the Payneham Mausoleum, followed by lunch at Fogolar Furlan (Google Map).

All welcome.
