the Consolato d'Italia Adelaide promotes #italiancuisine and #slowfood while minimising #foodwaste.

This was an excellent info-session run by chefs (and ComItEs member) Rosa Matto and Kane Pollard (Topiary-dining), with Steven Lapidge, CEO of End Food Waste Australia , and Tania Paola, Presidente of Slow Food South Australia among others.

Oggi si ĆØ celebrata ad Adelaide la Giornata dell'UnitĆ  Nazionale e delle Forze Armate. Questa Festa dell'UnitĆ  commemora la fine della prima guerra mondiale. Ringraziamo gli uomini e le donne di tutte le forze armate che si sono sacrificati e ancora si sacrificano per noi e per la pace.
